Abstract
Reliability of lfV-Spectrophotometric method of two comPonent to determine rifampicin and its oxydation product has been carried out. Measurement was made on two wavelengths 323 and 333 nm in phosphat buffer solution (PH 7.40). The result shovred that the method was reliabel enough with mean errors of 0.23 o/o for rifampicin and0.233 o/o f.or its oxydation product. The both figures refeal standart of deviation i..728 % and 2.069 Yo respectively f.or rifampicin and its oxydation product. The advantage of this method is its capability to determine rifampicin .onr.rrt in the intact form and its oxydation product without any prelimitnary separation
