Abstract
A study of the effect of Tryphan Blue on the foetuses was conducted in mice. In vivo method was used "Oy tiiiuea the Tryphan Blig solution su.b.-cutaneousty in day 9 of gestation. Water was used in the control group.Dams were killed one day prior to parturition, and foetuses developed in Alizarin and Bouin's solution. The study showed that Tryphan Blue was able to show the incident of cleft palate and skeletal anomalies in'the pups examined (p=0,05).
