By using life-history method, interview and secondary data analysis, it tries to reconstruct woman’s mind, feel and experiences when she was facing legal proceeding and court process. In fact, women are particularly vulnerable when dealing with legal proceeding because it requires knowledge and understanding about law and regulations, material support and social network. It was too hard, painful, and suffered experiences for woman to fight for honor and justice for herself.
