Abstract

This paper presents the distribution method of the burden among the electricity generator in thermal unit economically. This method uses the dynamic programming which is modified to resolve the problem of unit commitment. Imposition of 0 MW at certain units in some cases indicate that this research works as expected. The ability to perform imposition freely without being bound to the order of priority indicated that modifications made to reduce the total cost of generator successfully compared to the use of dynamic programming methods with the application of list of priorities.
