Abstract

This study have objectives to know the relationship between perceived organizational support to turnover intention with mediation variable is positive relationships at work. Population in this studies are all employee at Bank BRI Tbk Kota Pariaman. Sampling method use in this research is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Sample is this research amount 108 employee. Data processing in this research used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 16 and SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0. Results from this research indicates if perceived organizational support have negative and significant to turnover intention, perceived organizational support have positive and significant to positive relationships at work, positive relationships at work have negative and have negative and no significant to turnover intention, and positive relationships at work no mediation effect to relationship between relationships at work and turnover intention.
