Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an assessment of wages, capital, and production value on the strengthening of labor in UKM that produce various sanjai crackers in the 50 City Districts, and to analyze the variables that are most influential on labor. The research method used was a survey method, where information gathering was carried out in a part of the population. The data used are primary data obtained through direct interviews by giving questionnaires to respondents, namely the owner of Sanjai cracker UKM in 50 Kota Regency. While secondary data were obtained from related institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency and the Department of Trade Industry and District 50 City cooperatives. Data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques with normality test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the independent variables in this study showed significant for the variables taken. Working capital is the most influential variable in the labor effort of Sanjai cracker UKM in 50 Kota Regency. Keywords: employment, wages, working capital, production value, UKM
