Abstract

By Having Many Buildings that have large area and interior design that almost surrounded by the wall caused the signal from the near BTS can not reach it. It is caused by the blackspot area in the building. Indoor coverage is a communication system planning that try to overcome this problem. The most important part in planning indoor coverage is the planning in placing the indoor antenna to cover the blackspot area. To calculate the propagasi loss, we use Distance Path Loss Propagassion model. From the initial calculating of coverage we will know the blackspot area and channel surviving in the building. In order the there is no interference, cell donor is choosen from the cell of channel which is not surviving in the building. The calculations used in this planning are use to identify the characteristic of the building (n), deviation, loss propagasion and link budget in order we can get output power of the indoor antenna and the calculation of the number of call fro traffic that are taken from cell donor.
