Abstract

Article 1 Paragraph (1) Act No.8 in 1999 about consumer protextion affirmed that “all effort to guarantee in order to be the supremacy of law that provide the protection to the consumer’s right”. The defense of law to the Pawnship’s consumer in obtaining the compensation of product guarantee is still unfair so far. In addition, there is no reference to prevailing law stated in the fortification Law of consumer. For the shake of the supremacy of law in obtaining the defense of law for consumer linked to the case of compensation over the product’s guarantee, therefore in the clauses of agreements should be refereed to all related parties in order to manifest the justice.
