Abstract

This thesis examirus the influence of independent variables of board of commissioner characteristics that represented by board size, proportion of independent board, and audit committee size on voluntary disclosure with the coniol variable of firm size and auditor reputation. Tlte dependent variable is voluntary disclosure index thflt consists of non-rnandatory information. The sample for this thesis is obtained fum the listed bank in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), according to the Indonesian Caprtal Market Directory (ICMD) clasitfication.
