Abstract

FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS April 2014 Nama : Febriyani Dewi No. BP : 0910323070 HUBUNGAN KONSEP DIRI DENGAN KEKERASAN DALAM PACARAN PADA REMAJA SMAN I PASAMAN DI KAB. PASAMAN BARAT TAHUN 2013 ABSTRAK Peningkatan kejadian kekerasan pada pasangan selama pacaran membuktikan bahwa kekerasan dalam pacaran diantara pelajar lebih meluas dari sebelumnya. adanya kekerasan dalam pacaran seperti fisik, ekonomi, seksual dan verbal itu diakibatkan konsep diri yang tidak baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dan kekuatan antara konsep diri dengan kekerasan dalam pacaran pada remaja SMAN I Pasaman. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 83 responden sesuai kriteria inklusi dengan pengambilan sampel proportionate random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner konsep diri dan kekerasan dalam pacaran. Hasil analisis data diperoleh lebih dari setengahnya (67.40%) memiliki konsep diri positif dan hampir setengahnya (33.3%) melakukan kekerasan dalam pacaran. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara konsep diri dengan kekerasan dalam pacaran, korelasi yang sangat kuat dan arah korelasi negatif (p = 0.000 (p<0.05, r = -.901). Bagi pihak sekolah, diharapakan lebih memperhatikan konsep diri siswa dan siswi serta memberikan bimbingan konseling kepada siswa dan siswi yang mempunyai konsep diri negatif. WEST PASAMAN YEAR 2013 ABSTRACT Increased incidence of violence in couples during courtship proves that dating violence among students is more widespread than ever. In courtship violence such as physical, economic, sexual and verbal self-concepts that result is not good. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-concept and strength with adolescent dating violence in SMAN I Pasaman. Sample size was 83 respondents in accordance with the inclusion criteria sampling proportionate random sampling. Instrument used was a questionnaire self-concept and violence in courtship. The results of the data analysis obtained more than half (67.40% ) have a positive self-concept, and almost half (33.3%) in courtship violence. Spearman correlation test results showed a significant relationship between self-concept in dating violence, the correlation is very strong and the direction of the negative correlation (p = 0.000 (P <0.05, r = - .901). For schools, expected to pay more attention to the concept of self- male and female students as well as provide counseling to students and students who have a negative self-concept.
