Abstract
Activity of ethanol extract of herb ciplukan ( Physalis angulata L.) as active cutaneous antianaphylaxis in white female mice . The sensitisasi on 15 white mice that has been grouped randomly preceded by injecting intraperitoreally a albumin solution 0,2 ml/ 20g BB of as 10% (b/v). On days 7 and 14 a injecting subcutan albumin solution was again 0,1 ml/20g BB of as 10% (b/v) . 15 mice that had experienced sensitization were divided into 5 groups. On the 15 th day of the first group, given the carrier test preparation orally, groups II, III, and IV were given suspensions ciplukan extract orally at a dose of 1.3 mg/20g BB, 2.6 mg / 20g BB, 5.2 BB mg/20g and the group V was given prednisone orally for 6 days. On day 21, all mice were given injecting intra vena of evans blue solution 0,1 ml/20g BB of as 0.25% (b/v). Half an hour later given a injecting intracutaneous of albumin solution 0,1 ml/20g BB of as 10% mL/20 g (b/v) . The Anaphylaxtis reactions were observed by the time of occurrence , diameter, and the intensity of the blue color . The results showed that the ethanol extract of herbs ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) can reduce active cutaneous anaphylaxis reactions were significantly (P <0.05) Keywords : Physalis angulata L., Antianaphylaxis, Sensitisasi, Albumin Solution, Time of Occurrence, Diameter , Intensity of The Blue Color
