Abstract
This research in case study on PT. BNI (persero) region 02 Padang. Subjects examined in this study are the operational audit, invesment credit, their frocedures And their implementation to support the effectiveness of investment credit at pT. BNI (persero) region 02 Padang. The research method used is descriptive method that compares theory with the reality happened at PT. BNI (perseio) regio n 02 Padang, To support this research, the primary data used in the form of observation and interview, as well as secon dary data done with literafure study. The result of this research is to find indicators and evidence that operational audit are done well by an increasing in loan collectibility in the year ZOal,2008, 2049, the recommendations of the auditors to follow up coffective action showed that the operational audit on PT. BNI (persero) region 02 Padang has done well.
